We offerĀ free standard shippingĀ on all orders overĀ $50 USD. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive aĀ tracking numberĀ via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your package lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Weāll do everything we can to make it right.
Also, we highly recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information. EmzutoĀ will also follow up with the courier your behalf to help resolve the problem.
