We offerĀ free standard shippingĀ on all orders overĀ $50 USD. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive aĀ tracking numberĀ via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🐾 Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Also, we highly recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information. EmzutoĀ will also follow up with the courier your behalf to help resolve the problem.

Please note thatĀ EmzutoĀ is not responsible for lost or stolen packagesĀ once they have been handed over to the courier. However, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In cases where the package is not found, we recommend filling a police report.
