We offer aĀ 30-day return windowĀ from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange ā no questions asked.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must beĀ unused, in itsĀ original packaging, and inĀ resellable condition
- Returns must be initiatedĀ within 30 daysĀ of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, or items damaged due to misuse.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weāll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to yourĀ original payment method
- Please allowĀ 5ā10 business daysĀ for the refund to appear in your account
š Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product (wrong size, color, or model), simply email us atĀ support@emzuto.com, and weāll guide you through the process.
š« Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used grooming tools
- Personalized/custom products
- Final sale or clearance items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrivedĀ damaged,Ā defective, or wasĀ sent in error.
